ANNOUNCEMENT:

AS OF JULY 3RD, 2026, INTERIOR MOBILE VET WILL BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY.

OUR EMERGENCY TELEMED OPTION THROUGH VETTRIAGE WILL REMAIN ACTIVE UNDER OUR EMERGENCIES TAB.

Medical Records:
Copies of your animal's complete medical records will be available. The records will be retained for the applicable retention period as required by law and we encourage you to request your records
promptly. You may request that records be sent directly to a new veterinary provider of your choice or provided to you personally.

Please reach out to us ASAP to facilitate record transfer.


Ongoing Prescriptions and Medications:
If your animal is currently on a prescription medication managed by this practice, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can coordinate a refill or transfer your prescription to another veterinary provider before our closure date.


Continued Contact After Closure:
Following the closure, the following contact methods will remain active for a period of one year (through approximately July 3, 2027) to assist with outstanding inquiries, records requests, and other administrative matters:

Meet Dr. Annette Llanes

Dr. Llanes grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina where she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Animal Science from North Carolina State University.

​

After she completed her DVM from the UAF/CSU Vet program Dr. Llanes and her partner decided to make the move back to Alaska.

 

Dr. Llanes started Interior Mobile Vet with the hopes of bringing high quality, consistent and reliable veterinary care to the large animal communities of interior Alaska.
